Redo layout/css of the homepage for the responsive website plus changes (Miyamoto dental)

I want to have the layout and css for the homepage of our responsive website redone so it will look and behave (in terms of responsive layout) exactly same as a website "[login to view URL]" which how we originally wanted our website to look like.

You do not need to modify any contents (information and images).

For responsive design, if you take a look at [login to view URL], there should be three layout states. You need to recreate that.

945px and up

465px to 944px

465px and down

(All values may not be precise. Follow how it is set up in [login to view URL])

PC view

1. (removed)

2. The Video on the header slide - We want to show just two videos at a time.

3. Top Right Sidebar - When the window size is squeezed down horizontally, the three contents get somewhat messed. Please modify it so that it will look nicely as in Palms.com.

4. Inside Treatment Panels - please modify the layout so the margin space will be kept clear at all views. (Text, image, link buttons will behave the same way as in [login to view URL])

5. Treatment Panels - Use Equal Height Blocks in Rows ([login to view URL] ) to make the height of panels equal in a row.

6. Please style the Facebook facepile at the footer area according to the mockup image.

7. Locate the social icons at the footer area at the middle of the area. (as in [login to view URL])

8. "Updates" list - Fix the style and text (date/title) according to the mockup image.

Smartphone view

1. Remove unnecessary margin around the screen.

2. Sub menu - It's not showing up. (it used to be there before but not showing up right now.)

3. Header slide - Make it square shaped. Enlarge the text. Reposition and resize the progress buttons.

4. have not confirmed by myself, but if the header slider uses separate sets of images for smartphones or iPad, please customize the wordpress to do the same thing.

5. Video - Show just one movie at a view and let it auto start slider when it has more than one slide to display.

6. Treatment Panels - Not too bad, right now. But, it seems like in some panels the text are not placed inside the same margin. Maybe set one margin in each panel?

7. Bottom Slider - Please modify the size so it will look the same as www.palms.com.

8. Message panel - Please fix the positions of content elements. Too much space at the left.

9. Updates - Adjust the margins between elements.

Tablet/iPad view

1. Header slide - Please modify the submenu.

2. Header slide - Improve the text size and position.

3. Header slide - Improve the progress button.

4. Top Right Sidebar - Move the top and middle panel to split the full width.

5. News panel - Move it below 4 and make it full width. (like in Upcoming Events in [login to view URL])

6. Video - Locate it at the right bottom corner on the Header Slide.

7. Treatment panels - Panel positions are OK as is. Just improve the margin inside each panel.

8. Updates/Second Slide/Message - Make it fullwidth as in [login to view URL]

9. Social icons/FB facepile - Good as is. Improve the position. Social Icons should be at the middle.

10. Bottom message panel/Map panel - Improve the positions of text.

11. Footer - Move the footer logo and copyright notice to the left.

Please start by making a skeleton (wireframe) of the website layout without any contents. You need to let me check it works properly on all screens (pc/iPad/iPhone) at this step.

Do not start by modifying styles directly to the website.
