I am looking for a web programmer who loves the original Star Wars, and knows about Star Wars galaxies, has knowledge in search engine optimization requirements, CMS, RSS, PHP, and graphics design. In order to make this as suitable as possible please allow me to post the purpose of the web site, the requirements for this web site, and my modest vision. This project is on a professional level that will be moderately challenging Purpose - The purpose of this web site is to provide up to date Star Wars Galaxies news on a level hitherto unseen. This is a website that will be updated multiple times a day with star wars galaxies news, game articles, current events, build a solid community through forum interaction, and generate a profit through use of google adsense and multiple other affiliate marketing methods. Requirements - Main Page - On the main page I would like the fancy title that says Star Wars Galaxies News Source (or something poetic like that) and behind that Star Wars Galaxies NEWS or something like that. You're the Artist and I know you can make something amazing better than I can imagine. I would like a section on the main part of the page (where they eyes will focus on) decorated and set apart for an adsense bar, you can see what they look like at [login to view URL] and www.casino-bonus-extreme.com. I would like to see a section set aside for the titles of all current news, and in the middle lower section a place where I can add current news and articles. Because I don't know much about HTML coding it'd be great if we could use this with a cms system like phpnuke or postnuke which will allow me to update the page without editing anything to complex for me. Ideally I would prefer to use a CMS system developed specifically for use on this web site. I would also like a significant picture/link to a fan fest section as I think this is the money-maker for the site. (I'm reporting on this event) I think a graphic image for this that would be appropriate would be a series of storm troopers (kind of faded into the back) I'd like them to be SWG storm troopers on the left kind of morphing into real star wars storm troopers. Of course I'd also have links on this main page to the content spread about the rest of the site. RSS Feeds from other star wars galaxies news sites would also be very preferred. If possible, I could buy a template from template monster then have you integrate the code and cms system About [login to view URL] - News Archive - Pic of the Day - Pic of the Day Archive - Fan Fest Section - Gallery - I'd love to see a script here that allows me to just dump in a massive amount of pictures into a database. Forum - Preferably one that uses phpbb or ipb Multimedia - Image gallery - FAQ - Video Gallery - SWG Tools - Links - Every page of this entire project has to have space set aside for random advertisments and an adsense bar.
