Wordpress Site with limited custom Features needed

I'm looking for a talented Wordpress developer to adapt a standard Wordpress template, with some cusom APIs and a new CSS. You must have extensive experience in Wordpress development and must be able to show examples of past Wordpress projects. I'm are looking for someone that will be able to work with myself on the project (I will be supplying designs and artwork). The site will consist of 2 different page templates designs for the site - 1 for the homepage, and 1 for the content pages of the site. This site is for a Star Trek Online (the game) forum based on their new User Generated Tool that allows players to develop their own missions for the game. The site is act as a means for these players to showcase the missions and get greater visibility outside of the game client. The site is to be based on the following Wordpress template - [login to view URL] The site must be customised using PHP or Wordpress API's to perform basic searches across the database as well as allowing for player login to publish. Background - Star Trek Online is an MMO game from Cryptic Studios and Atari for the Star Trek genre – www.startrekonline.com. It involves players progressing in the ranks flying starships and performing missions based in the Star Trek Universe. At present all missions are created by Cryptic Studios but in late November, they plan to open the way for players to create their own User Generated Content (UGC) using a tool called “Foundry” - [login to view URL] Goal of Site – To enable an independent site for users to search and find all listed “mission” on STO from one central resource. This site shall provide a series of options to the end user to enable them to filter the mission criteria in order to find a relevant mission for their skills and their team. Independent users will be enabled to “publish” their own written and designed missions using the Foundry tool. This mission is then assessed in-game by Cryptic and published for players to use. We see a problem with users being able to find the missions relevant to their own skillset and level, so envisage a site where we can get these Publishers to create content pages about their missions for players to review. At this time, it is understood that players won’t be required to download these published missions from the site as this is done within the Game client.
