Downline

I have a business and am encorporating a downline concept to it to facilitate growth. I am looking for a program (assuming Microsoft Excel) to input employees - input their production and have it track a bonus to be paid 7 levels up. There will be two trees - one for a sponsor and another for a mentor of the employee. Right now we have about 15 people but the program will need to be able to expand and add up to a few thousand with a little updating. Please let me know if you need clarification. Thank you. Here is more information ..... I have a real estate company and need to be able to track sponsorship into the company. When someone is hired they designate a sponsor and a mentor already in the company. Out of the fees the company receives when the new hire sells real estate we take $3,000 to pay towards these two trees. One tree for the sponsor and one for the mentor. It very well might be the same person but not necessasarily so we need to track them separate. The breakdowns are the same for both sides and are as such as the money comes in to the company: Out of the 100% of the $3,000 The immediate sponsor = 15% mentor= 15% Next level up = 7% each side 3rd level up = 4% 4th Level Up = 4% 5th Level Up = 3% 6th Level Up = 7% 7th Level Up = 10% Hope that makes sense.
