Editing a web-template

I need help editing a website, the problem is i no longer have the psd so it will need to be done from scratch. I need each of the "blue bubbles: to have a letter "e X n". I need the tube running along the top to be all black. I want the clan name to run on teh black tube. Here comse the tricky part- I need the site to look simular to ( [login to view URL] ) with the setup . **Left side** will have the Main links box, after that it will have roster box and after that the link 2 us box (not on er site ). **Right side** - Clan information, League Information (no shoutbox - thsi replaces it ) and the members login. For roster page i also need the winning coder to plug in some code from another site (html) I also need 11 little banners to go in the middle for the individual members for bio page. (like on <[login to view URL]> ) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
