A Web Based Mortgage Reduction software similar to United First Financial. Update on 12/21/07 Sorry to all i had the idea that the software from United First Financial was well known worldwide. The software that i need to be developed needs to have the ability to work on my webpage. Customer sets-up a log-in ID and password. The customer inputs all their expenses, like credit card debt, student loans, food, gasoline, mortgage. etc. everymonth. The software produces a monthly report of their expenses and balances, like a check book register. This is the main thing. People open a revolving line of credit with their bank (HELOC or Credit card etc.), input the amount in the software and the software produce a report how soon they will pay off their mortgage. Customers deposit all his money into the revolving line of credit, they also use the line of credit to pay their expenses, Also the line of credit is used to send extra payments like ($3500 or $5000) from the line of credit, since customer is depositing all his money in this account the considers it as payment, charging a diferent daily interest, because the daily balance is diferent on most days. The money that is left every month after expenses in the line of credit ($20 or $100 etc.) is used to recover the money sent as extra payment. When this money is fully recovered the software must have the ability to produce on the montly report that an extra payment needs to been send again.
