Hylafax Win/Mac Client

Hi All, this project is about the development of an Hylafax compatible fax-client to be developed in Java because it must run on Windows XP, Windows Vista and Mac OS X. It can also be developed on .NET but it must be proven that it runs easily also on Mac OS X. Those are the required features: * print from whatever application which has the 'print' function * ability to add and reorder pages coming from different sources, while having the fax-client page GUI opened * preview in color and in black and white * ability to reorder the jobs * ability to reorder and delete the pages * setup Hylafax parameters (server ip address, port, user, password) * must work even if the client and the server are on different LAN or if passing through a firewall * insertion of the destination phone number of the faxes * the hylafax 'notify' parameter must always be set to 'always' * the contacts must be read from the outlook address book * the contacts can be added via a CSV file * the fax 'job' can be configured to be sent at a given datetime * at the end of the upload to the Hylafax server, get the answered 'job' and 'state' from Hylafax and report it to the user * must be allowed to be used only with 'our' Hylafax server (please comment on this) * each copy must be licensed (please comment on this) As a reference, this application is a valid example of a client which communicates well with Hylafax: [login to view URL] while this application is a valid example of the job / pages editing feature: [login to view URL]
