I have a problem where different digital cameras have different internal clocks when they're taking photos of the same event. Some are on different time zones. Others have the year set incorrectly. I need all the Last Modified Times to be exactly in synch with each other, but I cannot find any utility to bulk change them. I need a simple program which will run under Windows 2000 and Windows XP to adjust the Last Modified Time of all the files in a particular folder by a exact number of seconds forward or backwards. It should handle date arthimetic and leap years correctly. The interface should be a command line with the following parameters: EXECUTEABLE For example: [url removed, login to view] "C:\My Documents\Nikon Photos" +360 or [url removed, login to view] "C:\My Documents\Nikon Photos" -360 When executed without any parameters, the executeable should output its parameters: - Directory for which all files (but no folders) in this directory will have their Last Modified Date changed (no subfolders). - Seconds to adjust the Last Modified Date by (negative or positive). The executeable should return the following error messages: - No such directory - No fractional seconds are allowed - No files found in specified directory
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
Windows 2000 Professional and Windows XP Professional.
