Clone a website to Wordpress

Hi I need to clone [login to view URL] and convert it to a stand alone wordpress-theme with identical functions and minor adjustments. You may use current wordpress plugins to achieve identical results as long as they are stable plugins and in english. Extract the current content of the website and use as dummy content for drafts. The final theme must be provided with detailed documentation about installation, options, plug-ins and use. I understand that much of the annotations below may be unclear due to my english. [RADIO] - STANDARD POST -- Same layout -- regular wordpress sidebar for any widgets. [EVENTS] -- Available and current wordpress plug in may be used as generator of events. -- Identical layout with date, image, title, location and short description below title. -- Identical slider with chosen events specified from backend (Able to select background color, as the blue in [login to view URL]). -- Linked to event-post with more information and button for "buy tickets" or external URL. -- Options to have "Buy Tickets" (linked to PayPal Express Checkout), "More Info", "Sold Out" or nothing. -- Search is not required -- automatically adjusted chronological in list by event date. [GALLERY] -- Identical layout and function. -- Available and current wordpress plug in may be used as generator of galleries. -- Possible to like and share individual photos to social websites as facebook and twitter. -- Name of event and website-url must be provided as image description. -- Able to change mouse-over color in backend [WE ARE] -- Identical layout and function. [OTHER ADJUSTMENTS] - EVENTS - Able to sell tickets with PayPal Express Checkouts. (Don't know if ecommerce plugin is needed to provide PayPal with ticket information)
