279120 Multiple user Wordpress

Hello, I need a wordpress expert who would be able to convert wordpress into a multiple user blog website. I want registered users to be able to post their own blogs, upload images, post comments and have their own url that point to their own Blog page on the site (Example: A user on the website with the username jhonny would have a subdomain [login to view URL] that would point to his blog page on the website. Users should be able to change/choose the template for their blog page. In essence I want registered users to have a bloggers capability just like [login to view URL] or blogger.com. The master admin should be able to delete or modify the contents or post on the website. I am a developer myself, but I am currently very busy and would need another professional PHP developer with experience to work on the project.
