Develop Complete Joomla Site from Fireworks CS5 Design Files

Develop complete Joomla site (all menus, all articles, modules as required, etc) from provided design files (Fireworks CS5 [PC], all measurements for template layout will be provided). Site has approx. 67pages but only 9-10 pages have styled content, all other pages only need to have dummy text content ("Content for [page title] goes here...") in the content area. Site has 2 custom modules Yoo Search and Yoo Carousel.

**Tasks to be accomplished

**

**1.

Setup of Joomla site** following provided design files (Fireworks CS5 files) and provided Site Architecture (see [url removed, login to view]) ~ 67 pages - of which only 9-10 pages need to be styled (populated with text/images). All visuals, logo, tagline will be placeholders, most of the articles will be greek with the exception of 14 pages (see [url removed, login to view]):

**JOOMLA SITE MAP/ARCHITECTURE** : pages highlighted have styled text (see [url removed, login to view], shows all pages that need to be styles, page 10 shows drop-down menu, page 11 shows accuracy of measuring sample), all other articles/menu items just need to be set up with the correct page title and placeholder text for example ("Content for [page title] goes here...")

**Home page** has jQuery slideshow module in banner area which is already coded and has been tested to work with the YOOTools modules (conflict-free).

Each of the **5 sections (About, People, Partners, Research, Library) would have its own banner visual.** This visual would stay the same for all pages within this section **WITH THE EXCEPTION OF Research: here each of the sub categories would also have its own visual** (Overview, Behavior & Decision-Making, Carbon Sequestration, Climate Change, Electric Grid, Enabling Technology, Energy Use in Buildings, Planning & Evaluation) - then again within each sub category the visual would stay the same.

**2.**

**Set up of main drop-down navigation** following site architecture and provided design sample (simple drop-down menu, 2nd level links only, no animation effects). See also notes in the "[url removed, login to view] ".

**Setup of** **all** **left-column sub page section menus** following Site Architecture with hover states & current page highlight. **Setup all articles** **corresponding to the menu items** with page title and placeholder text "Content for [page title] goes here..." for pages that are not included in the vW_Styled_Pages.pdf.

Setup of **Breadcrumb trail.**

**Search (Ajax-based): YOOTools** - **Search** ([url removed, login to view]) - just needs to be minimally styled from original skin as indicated.

**4.**

**Tabbed Interface for News on Home page** (right side-column) based on **YOOTools - YOO Carousel** ([url removed, login to view] ) - just needs to be minimally styled from original skin as indicated.

**Technical specifications** to be met:

- CSS-based layout (table-less), precise & accurate as in final provided measurements

- SEF URLs

- Valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional

- Error/conflict-free JavaScript

- Valid CSS Level 2

- Logical folder structure for assets (ui images, article images,...)

- Cross-platform, cross-browser compatible

- Compatibility Requirements: PC: FF3+, IE7+ Chrome5+ | Mac: Safari 3+ FF:3+

**6.**

**Install Modules to site:**

- Akeeba Backup (Backup + Remote Control + Admin Tools) into site (Akeeba Backup, [url removed, login to view]) for easy site transfer and backup.

- JCE Editor (latest version)

- YOOTools - YOO Carousel

- YOOTools - YOO Search

Deliverables:**

Completed Joomla site to be placed fully functional and tested, meeting requirements and technical specifications as indicated above on client's development server as well as delivered as a Joomla Pack archive (using Akeeba Backup) that is installable using Akeeba Kickstart on client's localhost environment as well as remote server.

Provided to the developer would be:

- all measurements for template layout and all pages that have stylized text (layout measurements/font specs needs to be followed precisely)

- Fireworks CS5 design files (PC)

- all section headers will be placeholder graphics: "About", People",...

- background tile for Home and Sub pages

- 960 Grid

- Joomla Modules: YOOTools Carousel, YOOTools Search
