Flash - Voice Recorder

In a sentence this project is about porting the idea of a shoutbox to a voicebox. What I mean is that given a user with a microphone, the user is able to record a message that will get stored on my server and made available to the others users to listen.
I think that the best way to go around it would be using Flash and actionscript.
Only logged users should be able to record messages although any visitor can listen to recorded messages. The users are stored in a mysql database (phpBB based). Messages can be as long as 1 minute.
