319107 Parse RSS feed into HTML

I need someone who can help me take the twitter search RSS feed and parse the results into an HTML form I've created. The script needs to have the ability to configure the number of results shown on each page. For example, I could set it to only display the 3 most recent entries or the 10 most recent entries. The script should take a single keyword from the page, and then retrieve the RSS feed for that page. The keyword to be searched will be set by another PHP variable. When designing the script, the script should retrieve "$twitter_keyword" for the keywords to be searched. Finally, the script should save the list of author names and URLs to a MySQL db. The script should build a list of all author names found in the RSS feed (regardless if they display or not), and then check the list of authors for duplicates.
