Website MakeOver Urgent!

This is a website makeover, the website is already existing. It urgently needs a better visual impression. The formatting has been done on Publisher and when seen from some browsers the alignments of text and images are off. It needs to be reformatted so that it will be compatible to all web browsers, and alignments will be consistent no matter which web browser is used (it looks best viewed with Firefox at the moment, but not Internet Explorer, which is not good). Also want to add a couple of videos, a simple blog, an opt-in and the pages need re-shuffling to be more readable. I need you to make the website look attractive and interesting. ## Deliverables 1- Existing website [login to view URL] need a light makeover. The formatting has been done on Publisher and when seen from some browsers the alignments of text and images are off. It need to be copied in a format that will be compatible to all web browsers, where alignments will be consistent no matter which web browser is used (it looks best viewed with Firefox at the moment, but not Internet Explorer). 2- I have 2 videos I want to add to the home page (will be provided to selected web designer), and need to cater for 3 more potential videos, which will be added later. Only 2 need to be added at this point but I would like the code to be put in for 3 upcoming videos, which will be hidden at this point. 3- I need an opt-in box on the first page to capture name and e-mail addresses on the right. And if it's not slowing down the page loading, maybe on every page on the right, smaller than the first page. The page called Make An Appointment needs to be accessed through an opt-in only, not a button as it is now. 4- I have the original photos for the website already, they have already been paid for, and will be provided for optimal functionality of website. We need the photos to load quickly, and the whole page to load quickly so that even a slower internet connection will load all pages in a reasonable time. Photos in full original size can be requested on demand, as the total is pretty large: 20Mb. 5- I want the website to look attractive and need some redesign, but I want to be as cost effective as possible so I would like your suggestions on how to make it look great without having to invest too much. The website need to look professional but not too serious. It needs to reflect happiness and wellbeing. 6- There are too many buttons on the left, we need to group them in a logical way as to be easier to read, and maybe divided in 2 or 3 sections (you suggestions are welcome here). 7- It needs to be designed in a way which is relatively easy for me to add or change information afterwards. 8- I need a simple Blog facility on there. Doesn't need to be too flash, just need one. 9- Also need to be reasonably friendly for Google to find, so if there is any information that needs to be added in order for Google to find my website, it needs to be added. I will do proper SEO on it later on, I just need the essential for now. 10- I also need a little chat box under the opt-in box. Note that this is optional for now, I can always add it later. But if it's pretty simple to add, I'd love to have it. 11- I want the name of the file for each page to reflect the page itself (they are now numbers given by Publisher). 12- I have a Paypal merchant account and need a Paypal button for people to send a deposit on the TFH course (see that page: Courses and Seminars). I can edit the account details after as long as there's a button which is linked properly I'll be happy. I am pretty open to suggestions, my aim is to have a website that keeps people interested to browse for a while and leave their details before leaving the website or make an appointment. I want the website to breathe happiness and wellbeing all over. I need this asap as the website doesn't look good seen from Internet Explorer at the moment, and at the best price possible. (1) What is your total time and cost estimate to complete this project? (2) Please detail your website design experience and provide samples of previously created websites.
