World Of Warcraft User Interface Site Required

Hi, Ok, before we start, if you don't know what World Of Warcraft is then this project is not for you. Additionally I am looking for a professional looking site at a reasonable price not skyhigh offers. Thanks. The site :- What I want is a site for people to post info about different World Of Warcraft UI's, where people can submit their ui's and have them rated and downloaded etc. Project Requirments :- 1) It must look professional using World Of Warcraft art and copyright messages 2) It must have a user login system where people can upload their projects, update and remove them 3) It needs to have an add ons section where I can list the various addon's for World Of Warcraft, the addons section needs different categories 4) Must be a rating system for both the addons and the UI's 5) Must be a way for the user when uploading UI's to upload screenshots and a way for the public to view the screenshots. Also basic things like contact or link to the UI designers website or email 6) Site news section and newsletter facility. 7) Phpadsnew to be built into the site so I can display banners etc 8) To give you an idea of what I am looking for in terms of site design checkout [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] 9) But remember the site is primarily for World Of Warcraft User Interfaces, so please make that the focus. 10) Full admin backend to control all aspects of the site.
