ADVANCED Programming needed to fix compatibility on homepage

PLEASE GO OVER ALL THE DETAILS AS OTHER FREELANCERS HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIX THIS, IT REQUIRES ADVANCED PROGRAMMING KNOWLEDGE.

The live website [login to view URL] shows the home with an animation and rollovers for the 4 squares on chrome and firefox. They also come in with an animation when loaded. (Check the live version on chrome and firefox to understand the reference). We are looking to solve the following identified issues regarding compatibility of this functionality on the home:

-On explorer/EDGE home is not working like on chrome it should work exactly the same

-On safari mac home is not working like on chrome it should work exactly the same

-On Iphone the animation of each square when loading for the first time should come in one by one as the user scrolls down and it is not working. There is also too much space between each box and the one under. Also font is changing on it, based on main reference on chrome. If the font needs to change it should be kept as a sans serif.

We have set up a test mirror site, so the awarded programmer can work on it. Please specify on your bid if you want to access wp admin or ftp before committing to the project.
