I think I can solve this. This is a Wordpress site you are working I think. Because WP show this error. it's all because your Database error. on the DB there is a table name WP-Option we need to fix that table and some minor plugins changes. then this issue will be solved.

You probably have a miss configuration on your .htaccess file or don't have setup the folder permission yet. I can check this for you.
