I want a customization of a job board plugin. I do not have a preference - whether you have designed one or adapting one of the many that are available. The attached file outlines the custom features required. In summary these include: 1. Parsing an existing CV to populate the resume fields which the candidate can then edit. 2. Dates (employment and education) to be put in order and to be represented visually in a timeline or gantt chart. This means start and end dates need to be specific fields. 3. Referees may be contacted immediately with an online reference form. 4. Summary of candidate details to show in list view (to help longlisting) 5. Ability to set custom questions when posting a job that requires the candidate to answer when applying for the job. 6. Employer to have custom fields to flag/tag shortlisted candidates, comments etc.
