Add AJAX Clear Cart button + AJAX feature to "remove item" icon + "click to scroll animation on WordPress Website

My website provides visitors with a page where they can add products to a cart and send me their quote when they are done by clicking on a "Send quote" button. I am using Ajax when people add items to the cart so that it doesn't reload the entire page to refresh the cart every time they choose an item. However, Ajax isn't implemented on the "remove" icon which is next to the products in the cart. In other words, if people want to delete an item in the cart and click on the little cross icon to delete it, it reloads the page. I would like to add the same functionality which was implemented on the "Add item" button so that when people delete an item in the cart it only refreshes the cart without reloading the page. Secondly, I would like to add a "Clear Cart" hyper text underneath the cart content which, when triggered, deletes all the items in the cart without reloading the entire page. Finally, my website uses a scroll feature which is not animated: when visitors click on the [login to view URL], it jumps directly to #section as opposed to scrolling to the section. I would like to find a way to animate the function so that when people click on the [login to view URL], it scrolls to the section as opposed to jumping there.
