Add AJAX Navigation to Wordpress Website

Hi everyone. I'm looking to add Ajax to my website, but only for single post content. Here is the Homepage : [login to view URL] The point is, when the user is clicking on the post link, for example [login to view URL] for the first post, there is an QUICK and SMOOTH Ajax transition (loader with a Fontawesome Spin Icon), keeping the header and the menu bar, so I only need to load the POST content. Then, the VERY IMPORTANT POINT, is that I want to Keep the BACK Button property after the post is loaded, to come back at the scroll position of the Home page. For example you can see the 4 Snapshot attached. I want That the User can Return to the HomePage Scroll Position after a POST is Quickly Loaded. I don't want to loose the Initial Scroll position in the Homepage, after Navigating. So, I need : - A VERY FAST Loading Post with Ajax - A FontAwesome Icon Spin as Loading Animation - A scroll to top to see the Loaded POST from the top - A very Fast return to the HomePage to the INITIAL HOMEPAGE SCROLL POSITION Thanks a lot, Have a Nice Day
