Add functions to our time reporting system built in codeigniter

Add a super user with several clients (companies). We have a staffing company and has a time reporting system for our staff built in codeigniter. Now we wants to be able to "lend away" the system to other clients so they can use it on their own employees. We want to be able to see all reported hours of each client company total, and the client company´s clients specific down to each employee. Below is some description from our programmer We uses a system today with admin and members. We want to add a super user and have several databases for every client that uses the system. we have 1 db with all users. when user login that table tells system what db to use. and then login with that user and uses system as usually. We will need 1 page were we can create, edit and delete these clients. and when create a new client a new database is created. we also need a page where we can see time reports for every company, their clients and employees so we can see a total for everything and specific.
