Adjusting PHP scripts

Dear Freelancers, I'm looking for someone that can make minor alterations to my PHP website. The website I am considering in purchasing is: [login to view URL] or if someone has something better, I am open to suggestions! Please mention the word capable with your bid. This is to know you've actually read and understood the project. The code will need: - A dashboard that shows general information. - Managing users (manager level and full admin level) - Adding machines (and information to that) - A list of all these machines - Assign manager(s) to view info/edit these machines (ACL) Or ofcourse adjusting the link with the website to do these following things would be fine as well. I'm expecting someone that speaks perfect English and capable of understanding exactly what I need. This seems like a small project to me. We're not re-inventing the wheel. Bid on!
