We would like to develop a user/admin login system to go with a website that we've already designed. This user/admin login system allows doctors to create profiles on a medical website and submit patient referrals online. Simultaneously, we want to develop a mobile app (for iPhone & Android) to would have the same user login system, and still allow the doctors to submit patient referrals through the mobile app. We have already designed (PSD) the mobile app, but need developers to make it functional. The most important function is that this user login system needs allow the doctor to use the same login credentials to get into the website system and the mobile app system.
