App preview for backend dashboard jQuery Javascript small change

I have a mobile app project for which there's a dashboard / backend. I want to show the preview of the app (only 1 screen) in the dashboard. This is a small change in existing project and I want it to be done in less price. Please see screenshots, I have attached screenshot of backend admin panel and the app screenshot. There are three fields Deal Name, Deal Description, Coupon code. We need to display the results of these three field as a app preview on the right hand side of the backend (see screenshot). Image in circle will remain the same for all rows / deals only data of 3 fields will be different. There will be multiple rows of deals based on the user input as shown in one screenshot. More details will be shared with the right freelancer. Should be an expert in JS / jQuery.
