Build and Finalize Wordpress Website

I have a wordpress site that needs to act as a news site coupled with a company directory. I couldn't find any templates that work but I know what I want and I know which plugins I want to use to achieve the goal. I need the site to be built on Visual Composer, Using Custom Post Type UI Plugin, [login to view URL] I also have various other plugins that can be used: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I don't expect all of them to be used but they are available. I would like the site to be built in Visual Composer as I would then be able to maintain it myself and make changes and upgrades if needed. I just do not have the time to work on this site now. Front Page of the site must look like this: [login to view URL] (some small Changes) [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I will supply Process flow/layout and placeholder pics for every page. We need to create some custom Post Types: Company (for company Directory), Product (for company products), Service (For services rendered), Press Release (For company News) Then we need to create front end forms for all these Post types so users can post to them once registered. We also need to be able to restrict users to certain amounts of posts loaded on the different custom posts (wp User Frontend Pro) So A user can register for free but he will need to purchase a package to do any posts. Depending on the package he chooses he will be allowed to post 1 company, 10 Products, 4 Services and perhaps 20 Press releases. I need to be able to set this. WP User Frontend Pro integrates with memberships to allow for more comprehensive control over the memberships. The Press Releases need to appear under 2 categories: Latest News as well as Company News. The products, services and companies need to be searchable by country as well as category.
