I have a website using Joomla which deals with tasks which are created as questions or forms. The page where you create questions and forms works until you add the questions or form. I think it got broken with a Joomla update as a previous version works. However the design / layout of a dashboard has changed since then so it could be something to do with this. I need the website to work again so I can add questions and forms as before.
