Build a Website

Looking to develop review site for student accommodation in my area. I have purchased a generic real-estate wordpress theme to use as a starting point. I'm looking at [login to view URL] as an example of a vaguely similar target UX - social login, user submitted properties and reviews. The website is: [login to view URL] The theme presently has some social log-in function, but no user submitted property function, but apart from that, it only really needs a few other minor (from my point of view!) tweaks to make it a useful tool for students searching for accommodation. A rough jobs list is as follows: Social login and user submitted properties Custom/editable property option fields (and remove the area m2 field!) (editable by admin, not user) Students are interested in how many bedrooms a property has, so the pop up listing when you click the property marker needs to highlight the number of rooms next to the price (in a blue box) (Number of rooms can be highlighted in a coloured box, box colour dependent on number) As the properties are all rented, the price on each listing needs to show: "£[login to view URL] pcm" It would be good to be able to show a timeline of edits for a property. All submitted properties or edits need to be approved by admin. The property pages should prominently display user submitted info on the good points and the bad points of the property. There should be a 'Spare room' button for users on each property listing... a property listed as having a spare room should be able to be searched and or featured (I think that might be possible already actually) That's all I can think of for now, obviously the main one is social login and user submitted properties. Does this all sound possible? Also, if you have any other ideas for what might be good on a site like this, I'm all ears! This is part one-time project, part ongoing work (down the line I'm hoping to work out a way to generate revenue from the site, but at first just want to build a user base).
