This is regarding my major project. and already b aasic webpage of a college exists. It needs many changes. needs brilliant styles and effects. It needs to be improved. it has to be converted from 1/3rd to 3/3 level. It has to be secure. I need a CMS for backend. The attached screenshot is the home page of website.
