I need a developer who can help me to build the next web application: The webapp lets the user pay different bill services (such as electricity or water). This application shows to the user different options, once he is logged in, and let him do a one time payment or create automatically payments. The web application needs to have user accounts, interact with a credit/debit card API, manage the information in a MySQL database, among other things. This app will reside in AWS so it will be great if the developer has some knowledge of it. I already have the designs of the entire flow and the infrastructure in AWS to work with this web app. I want this to be easiest development possible so it won't have much details besides all the things I already described. I would like tha backend of the site to be done in PHP.

Hi there, In the past I have created many ecommerce websites including customized payment options to credit card and bank systems. I am an expert PHP and MySQL developer. I see you need a responsive design to be able to have a nice look on amongst others smartphones. The screenshot you attached as example is a great design to start with, all buttons should open only one page to handle the requested action.
