Build a micro job website

We are looking to get a micro job site developed by an experienced web developer. The content is adult oriented. Please see below for more details about the project. 1. There will be buyers and sellers on the site. When you register you can buy services from the seller but in order to become a verified seller you need to go through the approval process for age verification (submitting ID documents etc). 2. Need payment integration to process credit cards and other payment gateways. We can't use paypal as they don't process payments for adult websites. 3. Each user will have their own profile. Please add the word febreze in your bid so I know you read the job description. Users will be able to interact with each other using a messaging system. 4. A friendly UI/Dashboard is required for both buyers and verified seller account. 5. Very easy to use admin panel that will allow us to change basic things like logo, images on the front page, rates, review and approve or disapprove projects before they are visible on the site, able to block/delete users that violate the T&C This description is just to give you a general idea of what we are looking for.
