Hi, as I understand you need some website like olx, but a bit different. I have already make one website like this for myself, I even have it in my portfolio, but it must be installed on local server that look on it. Of course if you want. I think that developing of this listing website could start two different ways. First one - I can start developing it from nothing, but it takes a lot of resources and time, and another one - it is possible to use some csm, like wordpress etc. and start developing it already have some basis. I can work differently, it depends on your decisions.
