Build a simple PHP website

We are a team of designers and developers with expertise and experience in Photoshop, HTML, CSS, PHP, AJAX, JQuery, Angular JS, XML, Wordpress, Bootstrap, CodeIgniter, Laravel, Google Map API and MySql. We have designed and coded many custom sites and applications of varied extents and complexity. I propose developing the website in core PHP instead of Cake PHP. I have read the overview and am confident of delivering well on both the design and functionality aspects. I am not very clear on: Category page/tag page: 1. Each page will have columns of submitted articles in each category. 2. Each column will have three blocks of articles 3. Top two columns will be linked by Admin from backend in each category. Once you explain, I will be able to deliver accordingly. I ensure a very thorough job and also support if you need changes / enhancements in future.
