Build A website(Integration of python algorithm into PHP)

I have algorithm which collects tweets from twitter feed, perform sentiment analysis and assign a rating from 30 to 100. The standalone algorithm is available in R. I want a content management system which is integrated with my scoring algorithm. The portal consists of 3 sections. [1] Homepage – single search box, 8 tiles of recent movies [2] Listing page – for showing the search results from Homepage [3] Movie page – Consist of trailer, IMDB rating, My rating, banner ads, 2 or 3 graphs generated from the algorithm Scope of work [1] I will provide designs(PSD+HTML) for all the pages [2] CMS should be developed in core PHP [login to view URL] does the scoring algorithm work? Given a query text (Ex: #Avengers) algorithm downloads tweets to a CSV files in local storage.
