Build a website with Android App -- 3

Good morning/evening all, I am in need of a good designer/script writer to develop a website that will be built along side an Android app. This is a full escrow project and the job needs to be completed by 4/10/16 or earlier. The job consists of designing/replicating [login to view URL] minus the "Mybook" feature. -The very first or landing page should be similar with the above site except that i dont need the "Mybook" feature. -The picture in the background changes upon refresh. -Below the picture under BROWSE YP, eliminate "Find People" and add "see all" for more categories" (see [login to view URL]). Upon click on the category, that leads to a page with subcategories for further selection. -The "You might like" section needs to be replaced by "Latest registered", i.e picking up from the database the latest registered customer/client with picture/logo and address as it is displayed under "You might like" section. -The coupon section should be there as well and everything else on the page. The registration process for businesses should be done by an admin and allow to select the category(ies) of operation. The registration process for any person should be simple and allow that person to review any business as it is on the site. The display for each business should be as seen here for example [login to view URL] That should include business details, gallery, reviews and coupons.
