Building / Maintaining / Troubleshooting Complicated PHP MySQL mobile responsive site

I need a skillful and experienced PHP developer with good skills in : 1) Able to code PHP site with framework, or able to self coded in traditional procedural & oop styles. Very experienced and skillful PHP coder, with clean, secure and efficient php coding skills. 2) Having excellent html/css coding skills, excellent mobile responsive experience able to quickly solve all mobile responsive html/css problem in various mobile devices and PC Desktop view. You must be good in Photoshop also, because certain pages or graphic may need the PSD works. 3) Good knowledge and experience in Wordpress CMS, able to create custom Wordpress plugin My project is a custom developed PHP site, which are not fully functionable yet, so you have to continue to work on previous php coder styles. Of course you may improve the old programming style if you think your coding will be cleaner, more secured and efficient. My Request : 1) You need to work at least 4 hours per day, 5 working days per week for my allocated task. *** You may request to change the working day occasionally in case certain day is your holidays 2) You must have WhatsApp number for me to communicate with you when not in front of PC.
