Hi, I've my website and Im into educational training field. I need customize url where my student can fill their data then only they get their 6/7/8 digit key for their software. And when they or any company returns to this website to verify that certificate given belongs to which name then we need verify certificate key tab. This is basically I need all my student database so if they want key for their certificate they have to enter their details here. I would need backend dynamic so I can change courses and other things as per my requirement.
