Change Filters & Layout in Wordpress Plugin. -- 2

The task is to replicate an existing wordpress plugin functionality, remove some features and include some extra filters from API. The layout of the plugin is not functional at all. I want to change the layout and re arrange the return results into a better design with "sort by" and "filter" options. There are 2 screenshots of the current plugin layout.
