Thank you Sir, for giving me a day to analyse the project, I have checked all the mentioned phase into tho the text files, but please understand all the phased you had mentioned here, have nothing to do with exact requirement instead its focusing mainly on work flow, so I would request you to come online on freelancer or may be on skype so we can discuss this project in real time and I can get you proposal onto this. I have two suggestion, either we can worked with core PHP (using codeigniter framework) or can accomplish this project using wordpress/joomla. in case of core php it will take more time compare to ready made cms, so choice is yours. I can assure on quality and speed of the website as well security of the website too. I can give you first design mockups so that you can verify design with client and based on that we can figure out custom modules and all.. once you will confirm all technical requirement, we will work out phase by phase and on each successful completion of individual phase, please release the payment.
