Complete my User Ratings Platform for Wordpress

I have started a web tool that is almost finished. Looking for freelancer to complete the tool with what is missing from my requirements (attached) The concept around the tool as described below: "I have an excel spreadsheet with a list of companies and fields associated with each company. I want to be able to present a company logo, their vision statement, their mission statement, their values, separately and allow users to rate them on some rating scales (TBD). For example, a row in excel would display 'Apple'. We insert the logo in a photo and let users visit the website and rate it. Similarly, we insert Apple's vision statement and let users rate this too. The ratings automatically present a top listing (e.g. top 500) according to user ratings. So, you can see how much users like a particular logo based on the average rating. The summary should be presented like a summary, in big fonts and graphically pleasing. I want the ability to be able to add and remove companies, edit the fields in the backend, and allow users to add and remove their own business so that it can be rated. I would like a search function and a predictive text that searches the database for the company and other characteristics. I would like the ability to be able to add and remove fields.
