Complete unfinished Sports League Checkin System

Sports Checkin System that is linked via API to existing league management system to track payments and attendance of sporting teams. There is a current PHP and javascript project that is not 100% complete. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled developer to bring fresh ideas and to complete this project to create a fast and efficient checkin system for sporting teams. Background: Sports Center league is run from spawtz.com. This is a league management and team management system that has API connections that can be used to plug in the checkin system. documentation for the API is not 100% complete but the development team is very good at repsonse times and are helpful to get what needs to be done added to their system. This includes reporting. Current Checkin systems; Innitially the first version of the checkin system was written in PHP and mysql with links to the spawtz system through webscrapping and API. This system included almost all functions required for this checkin system but lacked data synchronisation that was 100% effective and up to date. A second javascript version has since been started but is not complete. This version has API scripts to connect to spawtz and gain team and member information. Alot can be learnt however from this system to save time in development of the complete version and the connection to Spawtz system. Documentation: There is existing documentation of all work and current system that can be provided. This includes handover documentation.  Requirements for this project: Either adaption of the current system or complete revamp to complete this project. Must be web based application that can run on tablets so designed interface for Ipad or equivalent. Easy and intuitive checkin process that logs; Team games for the current day / past days (partially exists and scrappes data from spawtz) attendance/ checkin player (partially exists but not connected to spawtz) Add/Edit players details, (partially exists) individual or team payments with reporting connected to spawtz(partially exists but not connected to spwatz) past payment history (partially exists) outstanding balances with alerts (partially exists) messaging system (partially exists) Admin system to control payments/teams/messaging/ (partially exists, mostly complete) Pay weekly and also pay in full options for teams (partially exists but not linked to spawtz) Pay individually or pay as team (partially exists) Access to all these systems and documentation will be made available with access to database and files to help with ease flow. Further development; Looking for a developer to revamp current GUI and structure to make this kiosk run system flow easily and with the least amount of clicks for teams to register/view team data and checkin / make payments. Also website and other online tool integration to make things like outstanding balance payments easy. We are committed to having this system complete with a timeline of 3-4 months for first stage and 6 months fully completed.
