Curious as why there is a necessity to have an unclean .htm/.html appended to the end of your urls. That is simply an old placeholder that the early internet used to derive how the page was coded. PHP currently is used to make the clean (and w3 proper) urls that are the norm of today. I'm actually trying to save you money, but I have no problem doing what you want should you hire me. There are two distinct ways to combat this problem- internally with Wordpress & Woo's coding, or via your .htaccess file. Either way is perfect and easily accomplished.
