Configure and customise WP template we have purchased

St Mary's school FOSMS needs a new website to upgrade from the current one at [login to view URL] which is basically just Google sites.
I have installed WP through our hosting and installed the Genesis Framework [login to view URL] which is required to install the Deborah PTA WP templace [login to view URL]
The template has not been installed is not working correctly. I need:
1. The template fixed up or re-installed
2. The website template customised in terms of look and feel. Currently it's a blue type design for tabs and boxes, we need it to be burgundy like our logo
The header should have the current school logo made up into a header logo with the Title of the Site "St Mary's CofE Putney FOSMs", with the tag line "Tag line - Working together to make a difference in our children's school"
Colour should be burgundy and maybe yellow, burgundy and something we are open.
3. The current pages and structure should be updated to reflect the same structure as highlighted in the attachment.
