Respected, I have worked on many Joomla upgrades starting from J1.0 to latest version. I don't have any problem upgrading any site that is not on based on English language since everything that has to be done has only 3% affect to the language that the site is been used and that is only setting modules and menus in right position and everything else is just mysql and file move.
