Cottage rental website: customise the WP theme, minor changes in design, import content -- 2

1. Customise an installed WP theme on the website [login to view URL] 2. Users, who own a cottage, can submit their listing for rent or sale. The current version of the theme is for rent only, so "for sale" needs to be added to the website (like here [login to view URL]). 3. Users, who want to rent a cottage, can search for the cottage in the directory on the website. 4. Users can book a cottage via website using PayPal. Cottage owners can list their PayPal account submitting a listing and the payment will go to that account. Cottage owners can generate and send invoices to the clients. This is a standard feature that exists already, but I need some minor change here (do not process the booking, just the membership package). 5. Users can book a cottage via website - just contacting the owner. The owner would get a message and mark that the cottage is booked for the certain dates. Add a nice contact form instead of booking (or change that booking form for something like here [login to view URL]) 6. Membership packages for the cottage owners (for rent and for sale): add, update, delete. Accept payment via PayPal. It exists already. Just configuration. 7. The website should have the following features in design [login to view URL] Options are negotiable. I do not want the exact look, but some changes in colours. 8. Admin can add own icons and fields for the facilities, description etc. Like this [login to view URL] 9. Add Claim Listing plugin, like this [login to view URL] 10. Grab all the information (description, photo, price, facilities) on cottages from the existing website and import all the info to the new website according to the location (province, city....). Import 11. Add an Adsense block on the front page and on the cottage detail page. 12. Change some standard taxonomy in the theme (city to province, neighbourhood to area etc.)
