We are creating a new website for a client in Drupal. The site config already is nearly built, and needs theming. The theming should be completely adaptive, and an existing static version of the site is already built and available as reference. This static version has all CSS and markup & is in production. We don't mind what base theme you use, but would prefer not Zen or Bootstrap, because they are rather heavy. The site is 10 pages + news index + news article.
