Create a Joomla module/component to check NZB files

The object of this project is to create a Joomla module/component, preferably based on php codes to check the completion of nzb files. The visitor of the website can upload a *.nzb file, can choose an usenet provider and check in the background if there are any missing articles (headers) at the specific usenet providers newsservers. If all the missing headers are determined, as a result the visitor gets a message, that how many % of the headers in the uploaded *.nzb file are missing. It is your choice, to choose how you would like to solve the problem of extracting the unique ID of the header, downloading the header, process it and save it in a MYSQL database.
