Create Web scrapy from online news and insert into wordpress DB

I need PHP scrappy for grab news content from website that automatically insert into wordpress database. 1. an article will have feature image, and the size will be 474 x 255. if an article doesnt have feature image it will have insert default image with 474 x 255 2. all Picture doesnt have link to the source web. dont use <a href> on all image 3. in the end of article will insert SOURCE LINK to the real source site. 4. All Article will be insert into their category based on Name of the site. 5. All text format will be in justify and input date will same like corresponding website 6. Scrappy script will support automatically API proxy 7. An article will not have double insert into Database because everyday have a new content I have only low budget $25
