Assuming the client has absolutely no knowledge of web design, a website (wordpress template) needs to be created (based on a design given by the client), and web hosting secured with unlimited bandwidth and space needed. The client will need to be briefed on how to update pages and handed over the administration details. The wordpress website /template will need to be simply set up with about no more than 15 pages, and crucially, paypal functionality. (an add to paypal basket (client already has an account) to be added to the 'order' page of the site. Ideally, we would like a home visit to help set this up and I assume it wouldn't take more than 1-2 hours.
