Hello, I need a WP plug in created for my website. Here's an example of the plug in [login to view URL] Honestly - I like the above example. But I think it would even be better if it was going top to bottom instead of left to right. I would like to be able to add my own images on the first selection for Male or Female. You'll see the Male/Female option that you can click. Here's what I need.. It will be like a Decision Tree. Asking questions then showing the answers. 1. Ask a question (like Male or Female?) 2. once clicked, new options are presented based on what they chose. 3. Once they chose another option, a last set of options will appear with a video download if they enter in there e-mail etc. On the backend of it, I need to be able to modify the text and downloadable content at any time. The e-mail form must be gravity form compatible. The plug in must be mobile optimized. And would be best to use any of the font's/colors of the WP theme I am using. This should be an EASY job for an experience WP programmer. I need this ASAP.
