Create Wordpress Plugin for Membership with Brazilian Payment Gateway (recurring payments)

Hello. I have a Wordpress site working with Buddypress right now. I need a membership plugin that allow users to access the hole buddypress site after registering and paying the monthly fee. There are a few plugins that already do that, but I can´t find one with BRAZILIAN payment gateway such as PagSeguro or Moip, and I need it. So, I need someone to develope for me a Wordpress plugin with those features below: - Integrated with PagSeguro and Moip payment gateway - Integrate Buddypress Register page with the plugin page to only conclude register AFTER payment concluded - Block user access when he doesnt pay on the month - Send user email notification when he have to pay for the new month before his account gets suspended - If he doesnt pay, his account is suspended and he can only access the site again after payment a new month - Option for monthly, semiannual and annual plans - A page where user can see his plan, cancel (and end his access to the membership site) and upgrad to semiannual or annual - A restricted page where i can generate a unique key to use the plugin (or allow emails/keys/whatever), so I can choose who can use it and who cant. One key/email can allow the plugin to be used on 1 website only. - It has to be friendly with Buddypress because that´s how my website is build. And that´s it. I need this to be working perfectly.
